These interview sheets are the perfect first birthday present! Personalized with name, birthday and age, these sheets help track a child's weight, height and favorite things from age 1 to age 10. Each year asks a different "interview" question and the favorite things to record change depending on the age. Various colors and fonts are used throughout to make each year unique. 

You will receive a high resolution digital file to print on your home computer or at your local print shop. You will receive the digital file with a PDF of printing tips and instructions. You will NOT receive a printed piece.
