Proofreading
Please proofread your files very carefully! Once you have approved a proof, I cannot be responsible for any spelling or grammar errors.

Colors
Please note that colors may vary from monitor to printer due to the wide variety of printer inks and processes. For this reason, I encourage you to do a test print of your proof to ensure that you are completely happy with the colors, fonts, and sizes. I am happy to work with you to fix any problems you may run into during the printing process (tweaking colors and sizes to meet your expectations), but I cannot be responsible for any printing problems you may have after you have approved the proof.

Changes
Up to 2 rounds of changes are included in the price of your item. Changes made beyond 2 rounds may incur an additional fee.

Returns
Due to the nature of the products found here, returns are not available. If you have any questions or concerns about your order I would be happy to discuss! Please email me at hello.kristendufour@gmail.com.

Cancellations & Refunds
Please email hello.kristendufour@gmail.com if you have any concerns with your order. On orders that include customization, once a proof is supplied and approved, there are no refunds or cancellations. No response within 7 days to a supplied proof constitutes approval and final files will be sent. Once final files are provided, the transaction is final.
